Dr innocent Okpe is the Lead Pastor and High Priest of Tower of Refuge Christian Center also known as THE REFUGE NATION. Together with his wife, Dr Rahab Okpe, they are the founders and pioneers of the ministry. Their marriage is blessed with fantastic children who are lovers of God and men.
Dr innocent Okpe is a graduate form Benue State Polytechnic and Benue State University where he holds a HnD in Business Administration and ND in Personnel Management. He was awarded an Honorary Doctor's Degree on Christian Behaviour and Impactful Ministry. He also holds other numerous awards recognizing his impact and footprints on the sands of time.
Dr Okpe is fondly called the Wisdom Bank and Human Encyclopedia by his friends and admirers. His unique and unorthodox perspective into scriptures makes him a widely sought after conference speaker in churches, campuses, meetings and conferences.
Dr Okpe is a resource person, a counsellor, a consultant, a life's coach, a behaviour therapist, a business and project manager, a public affairs analyst as well as many more portfolios.
His ministrations are characterised with heavy unction, deep revelation and the manifestations of the supernatural. He operates in the ministry gifts for the Spirit.
In partnership and collaboration with his wife and other amazing ministers and church leaders, he pastors the Refuge Nation with a couple of other branches and ministry networks.
